Fall Places and Spaces

 Happy Fall Everyone!
This is my first fall, being from the great city of Los Angeles, so I'm getting to experience all kinds of new things, like fall allergies! I've also been walking dogs for a shelter, and the views outside are pretty spectacular. I can see the entire valley and the whole town, from where we walk the dogs. Most of these are from that view, and  from a local park that Peanut, the dog I am fostering, absolutely adores. I swear he would walk all the way to California if he had a map and nobody tried to stop him. he is the little black and white doggy in Photograph #3 of this post. Enjoy the fall everyone!

America the Beautiful

I can NOT believe that so much has happened to me in the last 3 1/2 months and I haven't posted any pictures of it here! Most important update: I now live on the other side of the country in Pennsylvania. CRAZY! David, le boyfriend, and I drove across America in 15 days, to get here, and we took so many pictures that we have been in our new home for a month and a half and I still haven't finished sorting through them. But I did begin, so, without further ado, Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you, AMERICA by CharChar and David!...

(Right after this Photograph was taken, we realized that we were standing in mint that was growing on the side of the road. Definitely helped the smell of the car for a few minutes after we got back on the road!)

Not really a photograph for this list, but I just had to tell everyone about this!!!!
Highlight of my life: Taking a myspace mirror picture in the mirror of THE June Carter Cash on the retired Carter-Cash tour bus at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio.  I swear I almost fainted from squealing too much. I could have stayed at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame for days. It was so interesting and there were so many things to look at, listen to, and be blown away by. Every step was a new experience and I want to go back just as soon as I possibly can. If anyone was wondering, there actually is a physical hall. It is mind blowing. Equally importantly, Cleveland has Melt. I'm drooling just thinking about those amazing grilled cheese sandwiches.

A Still World, A Moving World

This Post is in memory of my Grandpa, Chuck Naylor.
He was a man who acted more than he spoke, loved more than he worked,
and gave more than he took.
I love you Grandpa. This Memorial Day is for you.

Trashy Art

Inspiration: My uncle Dave Naylor is writing an e-book about trash and asked me to take some pictures. These are some of the rejects that will not be showing up in the book.

This is my favorite picture because of the story behind it. This company, iFixit, produces working parts and manuals inorder to help normal non-robotic folk like you and me to fix their own products. These are iMac Computer stands that they have stocked up because they can re-sell almost all parts that break, but these never break, so they have no one to sell them too. Proof that no matter how much we try to recycle, human waste will still have an effect on our planet.

Thats all for now. Thanks for looking!-Charlotte
